Kayla Bogdanowicz, originally from Montague, NY, has worked with Reid, McNally & Savage since 2016 and specializes in health care, public health, and health insurance policy.

Elizabeth assists in all areas of client representation including lobbying and advocacy, coalition building, bill drafting, grassroots efforts, strategy development, political action committee management, and tracking and providing business law updates to clients.

Ms. Shugrue conducts legislative and budgetary analysis, in-depth research, and supports several aspects of client representation and services including strategy development, advocacy efforts, and communications.

Kelly maintains daily office operations, financial management and she is relied on to ensure efficiency as well as compliance regarding such established policies, procedures, and regulations. Kelly maintains the firm’s client files and processes legislative bills in accordance with the Legislative Retrieval System, as well as adhering to all filing regulations within the NYS Commission on Ethics and Lobbying in Government reporting.
